- Casa Jackson Hospital for Malnourished Children - the hospital provide intensive residential survival, medical, and long-term recovery-care to severely malnourished infants and children from across Central America. We offer you an opportunity to change lives during a meaningful volunteer adventure vacation. Part of the volunteering is spent engaged constructing simple, yet dignifying homes. The rest is spent volunteering with the children and experiencing all the beauty and adventure surrounding you.
- Antigua Exotic - help save endangered animals in the primary conservation center of the reptiles and anfibios of Guatemala, and help promote conservation and protection of the native species,
